The quality care provided by Ingle Living Communities requires caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable staff – with expertise in a variety of areas.
Nursing
– Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medication Administration
Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants provide direct patient and resident
care. In addition, there are positions such as Health Unit Coordinator, Resident
Services Assistants and Medical Records Clerk that support resident care initiatives.
Nutritional Services – Cooks and Dietary Assistants provide healthy and individually appropriate meals and snacks for our patients and residents.
Environmental Services – Maintenance staff keep the facilities in working order, while Housekeeping and Linen Services keep things neat and clean. All of the above ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our employees and residents.
Resident & Family Services - Social Workers provide medically related social services, assisting each resident in attaining or maintaining their highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Administration – A variety of support positions assist in maintaining smooth operations, including the Finance and Human Resources areas.
Activities - Activity Assistants provide therapeutic activities that are designed to meet the interests and to improve the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Group health insurance is offered through Unity Health Care, a managed care
program designed to promote preventative health and wellness.
Flexible Spending Account
Flex accounts are a tax-advantaged way for employees to pay for health care
and/or dependent care expenses.
Retirement Plan
The Ingle Living Communities Retirement Plan offers opportunities to save
for future financial needs. The 401(k) option allows employees to defer a
portion of their pay to the plan. In addition, Ingle Living Communities offers
matching funds and an annual deposit as part of the profit sharing portion
of the Plan.
Flexible Schedules
Ingle Living Communities is a 7-day a week 24-hour a day operation, with full
8-hour shifts as well as shorter shifts. In addition to the ability to trade
shifts with co-workers, paid vacation and sick time may also be available.
Differential pay is also offered for some shifts.
Training and Development
New employees participate in orientation training and then receive further
inservice based upon their position. Tuition Reimbursement/Loan Forgiveness
programs are offered for RN and LPN degrees.
